Celebrate with Bespoke Baking

No special occasion is complete without a cake! Whether it’s a birthday, christening, baby shower or Anniversary, a cake is such a lovely centrepiece for your celebration.

One of the first things to do when ordering a celebration cake is to work out how many people you will need the cake to feed and decide what size you would like your servings to be.
If you would like a big grand multi-tiered cake but you don’t want loads of leftovers, then a polystyrene dummy cake tier is a great option to use as a cake replacement. These will be iced and decorated in the same way as a normal cake therefore would look exactly the same.
Alternatively, if you have a lot of people to cater for but you don’t want a big grand multi-tiered cake, then I can make a cutting cake that can be kept in the kitchen out of site and cut up to make up the portions.

• Rich chocolate fudge cake filled and coated with chocolate ganache.
• Rich Fruit cake, packed with nuts and fruit soaked in bandy, covered with apricot jam and marzipan.
• Lime and coconut sponge filled and coated with lime buttercream and filled with lime curd.
• White chocolate and raspberry sponge filled and coated with white chocolate buttercream and filled with raspberry jam.
• Salted Caramel sponge filled and coated with salted caramel buttercream and filled with salted caramel.
• Lemon and blueberry sponge filled and coated with lemon buttercream and filled with blueberry jam.
• Almond sponge filled and coated with amaretto buttercream and filled with cherry jam.
